We were thrilled to see Pippa and Carole both choose Emmy accessories for Prince George's christening yesterday, Pippa wore 'Poppy' and 'Natasha' in Rose suede, while Carole also picked 'Poppy' and 'Natasha' in Vapour grey suede.
