Made-to-Order means your item is handmade once you've placed your order. We produce your chosen style from our collection on demand, rather than holding it in stock. This allows us to offer a wider range of sizes and keep production sustainable.
Our standard delivery time is approximately 4 weeks from the date you place your order. Each pair is handmade in our workshop, carefully finished, and beautifully packaged before being delivered to you.
Product-specific Made-To-Order timelines are displayed on each product page under the “Add to Bag” button.
For shoes, once you’ve selected your size, a message will appear beneath the “Add to Bag” button indicating if the item is Made-To-Order. You’ll also see a Made-To-Order flag next to the product in your cart.
For bags, the Made-To-Order message will appear in the same place beneath the “Add to Bag” button, and the flag will also be visible in your cart.

Made-to-Order items are exchangeable but not refundable.
Please note: once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
Because we only make what’s needed, we reduce overproduction and waste while still offering a full range of sizes, including less common ones, without holding excess stock. This responsible approach allows us to meet customer demand without unnecessary surplus, helping to lower our environmental impact.
We follow a slow fashion production model, focusing on quality over quantity. Our Made-to-Order service supports more thoughtful consumption, enabling us to craft pieces with care and intention. By producing in small quantities, we maintain flexibility and choice for customers while actively minimising waste.
