A timeless wedding celebration at Laguna Beach

39 years to the day after her parent's wedding, Danielle married the love of her life, Chris, in a beautifully romantic and timeless celebration. Held at Laguna Beach and a Private Estate in California, their wedding day was filled with sentimental surprises and memorable moments.

The Vision

Since childhood, I've dreamt of my wedding day, and after waiting a full year to honor its sentimental significance, we were ready to host the best day of our lives. Our vision was to create a timeless, magical affair filled with intimate and unforgettable moments, delighting our guests. With the help of 'Dreams In Detail' and our incredible vendors, every detail was executed flawlessly, making our day a dream come true.

The Shoes

I chose the Emmy London Florence Ivory Heel with a custom Swarovski gemstone on the bottom, representing my Husband's birthstone. It was a special, private touch I wanted to include for him on our wedding day. The shoes were the perfect finishing touch to my bridal ensemble.

From my first correspondence, my experience with Emmy London was nothing but positive. The team made me feel welcomed and special throughout the production process of my bridal shoes. They even went above and beyond, sending sample shoes for my dress fittings to ensure everything was perfect. I'm looking forward to making another purchase in the future.

Favourite Moments

Among many cherished moments, a few stand out. I surprised Chris with a custom surfboard branded with our wedding crest logo—a nod to his love for surfing. At the church ceremony, a surprise choir sang our favorite gospel songs after we exchanged vows, leaving Chris pleasantly surprised. Another favorite was surprising my Father with a Horse Drawn Carriage ride around the church grounds in Laguna—a peaceful moment amidst the day's chaos.
