Upon arrival, our expert stylists will warmly welcome you, introduce you to our collections, and guide you to find your perfect shoes.

You can either book an appointment or pop in to visit us. We encourage you to book an appointment if you are shopping for a special occasion, have special shoe needs or are travelling to London especially. This way, we can prepare for your visit and guarantee you'll receive our personal one to one service. Our goal is to create a relaxed, personal and thorough shopping experience.

TIPS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you have one, bring a photo of your dress or outfit and, if possible, a swatch of the fabric. For brides, we have lengths of bridal fabric to hold up in front of the mirror to help you visualise your head-to-toe look.  

Each appointment lasts 45 minutes to an hour and starts with a relaxed chat about your shoe needs and aspirations.

Please share details about your dress or outfit, and we may ask questions about the venue, particularly about potentially tricky surfaces.
If you've browsed our collection online, it's a great starting point to define the shape, height, and silhouette in the first step of the process.

BROWSE SHOES & BAGS

FINDING YOUR PERFECT SHOES

Explore our ready-to-wear and bespoke options. After selecting your style, we prioritise sizing for comfort and confidence. With your stylist's advice, we'll define the perfect size, offering options like half sizes, split sizes, wide fit, and a size range from 34 to 44 (some made to order only). Explore colour and detail with samples and swatches to visualise your chosen style.

Once elements are chosen, your stylist will guide you through payment and logistics. Your shoes will be packaged in a keep-forever box, complete with shoe bags, care advice, and a satin ribbon, a perfect gift to treasure and enjoy wearing forever.
