  • We accept returns; please let us know within 14 days of your purchase if you would like to return your order. Made-to-order products are non-refundable.  

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

  • Pre-Order products can take up to 4 weeks to be shipped.
  • We will ship your order as soon as the item is back in-stock and notify you via email. 

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

  • All Made-To-Order have an estimated delivery time of 8 weeks. We will dispatch your order as soon as it is ready.
  • Made-To-Order products are non-refundable.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
