• Never use abrasive cleaners or polishing cloths on plated finishes

Shipping & Returns

• Free UK shipping is provided for all customer orders via DHL courier service.
• Free International shipping is provided for all customer orders via courier service, above €200 in EU, or $200 in US or RoW. 
• We aim to send your order within 3 business days of receiving it. Contact us for urgent requests, as we can normally prioritise.

Duties & Taxes

• All UK & EU duties & taxes are included in the product price.
• US & international duties & taxes are calculated at checkout and can be pre-paid as applicable.

• UK & EU products attract a 15% import duty (tariffs) when entering the US. Our $USD prices on our website include the 15% import duty, so you won’t be asked to pay any unexpected extras!

• The local sales tax is calculated at our checkout, so this is the total price you will pay. Ensuring no additional charges from customs on delivery.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are from the day we ship your order.

• UK - DHL next-day delivery service from the day your order is sent out. 
• EU - Standard delivery DHL, some destinations maybe served by an alternative courier service. Takes 3 - 7 days.
• EU - DHL Express service takes 1 - 3 days, this is a checkout option and has a €10 cost.  
• US - DHL Express service takes 2 - 5 days.
• International - DHL Express service takes 2 - 5 days.  

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days if in perfect condition. Please complete the returns form and email for assistance.
• The Returns Policy includes orders featuring a custom crystal on the sole.
• Made-To-Order products are non-refundable but can be exchanged, ensuring you get the perfect fit.

• Colour swatches are dispatched promptly within 5 days of your order, ensuring you can explore and select your perfect shade without delay.
