You can style the Harriet in a couple of different ways. The suede strap with crystal buckles is great for keeping you secure as you walk down the aisle, or you can create a playful and romantic look with the addition of silk satin straps.

Most of our styles fit true to size, so best to select your normal shoe size, the size you wear in other court shoes or pumps.

Where we have styles that fit either on the snug or generous side, we’ve made it easy for you by adding advice to order a size up or down.

We offer our in stock styles from a size 36 (UK 3 US 6) up to 42 (UK 9 US 12), with some half sizes in between on popular styles. If you can’t see your size listed, chances are we are currently out of stock, but you can still order them by using our made-to-order service contact the boutique team. Made-to-order is full price and may incur an extra fee.

Shipping & Returns

• Free UK shipping is provided for all customer orders via DHL courier service.
• Free International shipping is provided for all customer orders via courier service, above €200 in EU, or $200 in US or RoW. 
• We aim to send your order within 3 business days of receiving it. Contact us for urgent requests, as we can normally prioritise.

Duties & Taxes

• All UK & EU duties & taxes are included in the product price.
• US & international duties & taxes are calculated at checkout and can be pre-paid as applicable. 

New US Tariffs - April 5th 2025

• UK & EU products attract a 15% import duty (tariffs) when entering the US. Our $USD prices on our website include the 15% import duty, so you won’t be asked to pay any unexpected extras!

• The local sales tax is calculated at our checkout, so this is the total price you will pay. Ensuring no additional charges from customs on delivery. 
• We use an international logistics company to handle all of our international shipments; they take care of the transport and navigate customs to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are from the day we ship your order.

• UK - DHL next-day delivery service from the day your order is sent out. 
• EU - Standard delivery DHL, some destinations maybe served by an alternative courier service. Takes 3 - 7 days.
• EU - DHL Express service takes 1 - 3 days, this is a checkout option and has a €10 cost.  
• US - DHL Express service takes 2 - 5 days.
• International - DHL Express service takes 2 - 5 days.  

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days if in perfect condition. Please complete the returns form and email for assistance.
• The Returns Policy includes orders featuring a custom crystal on the sole.
• Made-To-Order products are non-refundable but can be exchanged, ensuring you get the perfect fit.
