Can I still place an order with Emmy London online and when will my shoes be delivered?

Yes, our online shop is open, and all in-stock products are shipped within five days of your order being placed. If your chosen style is currently out of stock, you can pre-order and receive them in 4 weeks. Please get in touch if you have any questions. 
 

Is the London boutique still open?

Yes our boutique is open by appointment Tuesday to Saturday. Please click here to book an appointment. Alternatively you can book a Virtual Appointment. Our boutique stylists are available to answer your questions and process orders, please email boutique@emmylondon.com or call +44 (0) 207 704 0012. 
 

Virtual Appointments 

Meet the designer from the comfort and safety of your own home. These appointments are friendly and creative and designed to be as close as possible to the boutique experience. Our collection is all about the look and feel of the shoes as we strive to achieve the perfect balance of comfort and beauty. The virtual appointment initially focuses on the look part of the process, looking at style silhouette, colours and details on the screen. The 'feel' part of the process is achieved by sending you shoe samples, sketches and swatches to your home to confirm the fit, height, colour and details and size.

How do I order bespoke? 

Please book an appointment in the boutique or a virtual appointment.
The bespoke service is essentially designed by us but chosen by you.
We will guide you through the simple steps to design your dream shoes considering, shape, size, height, colour and detail. Bespoke shoes are made especially for you from scratch in our workshop in Portugal. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for them to be made, if you are on a tighter timeline, please get in touch, and we can see if we can help you.

Can I change my order delivery address?

Yes, please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address.
 

I've placed an order and would like an update.

Please call us on +44 (0) 207 704 0012, and have your order number handy. If you would prefer to email us, please email boutique@emmylondon.com with your order number, and we will be able to send you an update.  
 

Are you shipping to countries with tight restrictions or have quarantine?

Yes, we are. We are still shipping internationally but there are likely to be delays when shipping to countries in quarantine during this time. Our team will check once your order has been placed if there are any delays and update you.
 

Can I return, or change my order?

Yes, we are accepting returns on ready-to-wear orders. Just let us know within 14 days of your product being delivered that you would like to return it. Please bear in mind that Bespoke and Made-To-Order products are still non-refundable.
