Can I still place an order with Emmy London and will my shoes be delivered?
Yes, our online shop is open, and all in-stock products are shipped within five days of your order being placed. You can still order Pre-Order styles, but they are delayed, please allow 12 weeks for delivery. Please be assured when preparing & packaging your order; we are making sure the highest health and safety standards are being met.
Is the London boutique still open?
No, our boutique is currently closed to ensure our team and customers are safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, we are offering FaceTime appointments to help you choose your perfect shoes and accessories from the safety of your home. To book an appointment contact firstname.lastname@example.org
I don't have FaceTime, can I still make a digital appointment?
Yes, you can, we are happy to use an alternative platform to host our digital appointments if you don't have FaceTime.
I have a question about a product who can help me?

Can I still order a bespoke product?
Yes, you can, please book a Facetime appointment with Emmy. Emmy will be able to assist you to create your bespoke shoes and accessories during your FaceTime Appointment. It will take 12 weeks for us to create your Bespoke order, during this time we will send you samples and swatches and a sketch by Emmy to review from the comfort and safety of your home.
Can I change my order delivery address?
Yes, please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address.

Are you shipping to countries with tight restrictions?
Yes, we are. We are still shipping internationally but there are likely to be delays when shipping to countries in quarantine during this time. Our team will check once your order has been placed if there are any delays and update you.
Can I return, cancel or change my order?
Yes, we are accepting returns on ready-to-wear orders. Just let us know within 14 days of your product being delivered that you would like to return it. Please bear in mind that Bespoke and Made-To-Order products are still non-refundable.
